We’re so excited to partner with the Lake Stevens Farmers Market this summer to help bring back one of our favorite community programs — the Power of Produce (POP) Kids Club!
At Macaroni KID Marysville, we’re always looking for fun, meaningful ways to connect families with their communities, and POP Club is a perfect fit. This free program helps kids build a love for healthy eating, learn about where their food comes from, and develop lifelong habits — all while having fun at the market!
Here’s how it works: Each week, kids can stop by the POP booth to participate in simple, hands-on activities focused on healthy food and agriculture. They'll earn $2 in POP tokens to spend on fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers — giving them a chance to make their own healthy choices while supporting our local food system.
Macaroni KID Marysville will be hosting the POP booth twice a month throughout the market season, offering themed crafts, science activities, and plenty of fun surprises for your little ones. On alternate weeks, you’ll find other awesome local partners — like Creator Zone — stepping in with their own unique activities!
We love how this program empowers kids to shop independently, try new foods, and explore healthy eating in an exciting environment. It’s also a great way for families to connect with local farmers and small businesses in a fun, supportive setting.
The Lake Stevens Farmers Market runs every Wednesday from 3–7 PM, June through August — and the POP Club is completely FREE to participate in!
